Redfern Parkfest

The Friends of Bowker Creek and the interactive BCI watershed model will be at the South Jubilee Redfern Parkfest on Sunday, August 16th, from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m.

The South Jubilee neighbourhood is in the Bowker Creek urban watershed. Redfern Parkfest will be held in the park where the Redfern Park Commons Garden is an example of what a neighbourhood can do to bring people together to enhance community connections, food security, encourage outdoor activity and bring biodiversity to a public greenspace.

Come and enjoy the free Redfern Parkfest celebration in the beautiful Redfern Commons Garden and learn about urban watershed restoration at the Friends of Bowker Creek display.
